Trouble with Mail
My e-mail is not downloading from the ISP. Have talked to ISP and changed mail password, but still will not work.
Can anyone help?

Nothing, zero, zip, nada(?) I appreciate the economy of words, but you will have to paint a bigger picture.
Download is IMAP
What about upload (ie Send) SMTP ? if it is sending then it rules out a password issue for your account.
Who is your mail provider?
Old issue, new issue, what changed?
Are you connected to the server...Did you use the Connection Doctor>Show Details ?
