I cannot redeem my gift card when l enter the code it keeps loading a lot of time, no response. just a circle has been spinning. I try contact Apple support, but they don't know what happened. they checked my device and they didn't find any fault. then, I try to check the balance in this card. But it no response, no error information yet. I cannot see anything about the gc. It's made me break!

Try to check the network connection first:
You need to have a good Service and/or Wi-Fi.
If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
Charge the battery > 70%.
If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services
If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support
-> If you tried all of the above steps and you still can’t connect, contact Apple Support.
The try again to redeem the Apple Gift Card.
This same thing has happened with both cards I recently purchased in the last month. I got an activation receipt from the store both times but just spins when trying to redeem. I tried checking the balance on both cards and just does nothing. Now I'm out of $50 dollars and no one knows what happened. I won't waste my money anymore.
