MacBook screen damage

Hi there,

My Macbook screen seems to be damaged as it’s completely black and it won’t turn on. Although the computer still seems to be processing, it only seems that the screen is not functioning.

Any advice?

You should take it to an Authorised Apple Service Provider next to your place and let them diagnose it.

Use this link to find one:

Apple - Find Locations

Or contact the official Apple Support about that:

Mac Repair & Service - Apple Support

Can you connect an external display to your MacBook Pro, to check that it started up correctly?
