Why can't I find my Apple Music subscription?

I am trying to add back apple music for students. I enrolled through Verizon back in 2021, but it's not showing up on their end. When I try to look up the subscription through Apple, it is saying I don't have an apple music subscription. When I try to sign up for apple music for students, it states that I have a previous entitlement and they ask me to buy a student one. I select buy, and the same prompt keeps coming back up. Can anyone help me figure out how to remove this entitlement so I can add back apple music for students?
