How do I restore to normal full screen please ? THANK YOU!!

Press the TV button on the Siri Remote, then select the full-screen button

Thank you for replying but did nothing.

Pressed the TV BUTTON but nothing resembling a full screen button anywhere, it just takes me to Apple TV app

Should have said I am only watching YouTube via the app

any other ideas Vancouver?
