You can export your iCloud Contacts and insert them into Outlook 365 if it supports VCF files.

1. Go to https://icloud.com, sign in with your Apple ID

2. In the upper right corner, select Contacts from the menu

3. Mark all your contacts and tap this symbol in the bottom left corner

4. Select Export vCard:

All your contacts will be downloaded and you should be able to import them into Outlook 365.

From Mac:

If you do it from your Mac, you can select several at a time by holding "Command" and clicking on the contacts you want to export.

From Windows:

If you are using Windows, hold CTRL and tap on the ones you want to export.

You cannot do this from your iPhone.
