Apple Watch Won't Update
Even though I have a blue check next to my WIFI connection, my apple watch will not update. How do I get my watch to update if it only gives me the option to try again or start over?

If you still have problems, your best option may be to make an appointment at the Genius Bar in an Apple Store near you and let them look at it. If that is not possible use the online Apple Support option. They have diagnostics that should be able to determine if it is a hardware or software problem. Either way:
