It's possible to take a screenshot on mac, just like it is on other operating systems, however, will apple make it easier to take screenshots on newer macOS versions without the need to press keyboard keys?

Since we are all just end user like yourself, none here in the Communities can say what Apple will or won't do. And we really cannot speculate... it's not allowed.

Sure. You can open the Screen shot app directly from the Utilities folder in the Applications Folder in Finder using the mouse, or even add it to the Dock if you want to.
