I have 1 e mail stuck in outbox iPhone mail but not on my Mac?? Pls help as every time I either delete it or change it's address, it still doesn't delete. I just want to delete it. It has a 30mb attachment and I've tried deleting that but doesn't work either.

Delete and reinstall the mail account on your phone.
