Can’t connect to working Wi-Fi on computer or phone. No IPv4 address or subnet mask coming up.
tried restarting computer and router. and renewing DHCP lease but not working.

Open the Configuration page for your Router. Look in the router's manual for how to access its configuration page. Each router is different, si I cannot specifically tell you how to do it for your specific router.
You may need to manually assign an IP to do this though. Again check your Router's user manual for how do tie sand what IP addresses it may be expecting when its not set to DHCP.

Check your router's configuration page and make sure it's set to DHCP. Looks like it's set to manual assignment of IP addresses rather than DHCP.
