My Apple watch SE was stolen from my buggy at Walmart. I also paid for the 3 year warranty. What can I do?

Be sure put it in lost mode.
AppleCare does not cover lost or stolen watches.

Unless you bought an insurance plan from someplace else. In that case, contact them.
