We'd like to help you find the best solution path for installing games. We are not sure which device you refer to, but you can follow the steps in Redownload apps and games from Apple - Apple Support. In addition, you will want to check and make sure the game is compatible, and still offered as an available download. If you have verified those things, and followed the steps in the article, we would further recommend contacting Apple Support.
