Hello all,
my phone storage was full and after a couple of days my viber app suddenly deleted all my chat history. I have freed some space on my phone and icloud but still there was no backup file. After a couple of days of using app it created new backup file. On my icloud restore in Data recovery i can only recover contact and calendar in files it’s showing that i have no files to recover. Can anyone help me with this ?

Use recommendations to optimize storage
In the Storage section of Settings, your device might offer recommendations for optimizing your storage. To optimize your storage:
1. Tap Show All to see all the recommendations for your device.
2. Read the description of each recommendation, then tap Enable to turn it on or tap the recommendation to review the contents you can delete.
