My iPhone storage is full of photos but I don't have any

So I have no more storage on my phone it’s saying , 64 gig storage gone

and it’s saying mostly cause of pictures . I have no pics or video on my phone yet still no storage , mind you I have 200 Gb worth of iCloud storage that’s pretty empty and available , so uhhh why don’t I have any storage ? I can’t save anything but yet phone is clear.
