Hey there Rajesh-chhetri,

Start by checking your notification settings to make sure they are set up correctly. If they aren’t it could explain what’s going on here. Here’s how:

1. Go to Settings and tap Notifications.
2. Select an app under Notification Style.
3. Under Alerts, choose the alert style that you want. If you turn on Allow Notifications, choose when you want the notifications delivered—immediately or in the scheduled notification summary.
With iOS 15 and iPadOS 15 or later, you can turn on Critical Alerts for supported apps so notifications come through even if your iPhone is muted or you have a Focus set up.

Use notifications on your iPhone or iPad

Other steps that could resolve the issue include, making sure iOS is up to date, making sure the apps are up to date, restarting your iPhone. You can read how to do these in the following links:

Restart your iPhone

Take care.

Hi Rajesh-chhetri,

Just to clarify, are you replying "yes" to all the questions asked in the last response? If so, the best step forward would be to contact Apple Support directly so they can look into this with you further. They can be contacted here: Contact Apple Support or by calling the most applicable phone number from this list: Contact Apple for support and service.

Regards.

Rajesh-chhetri,

Thank you for keeping us posted.

  1. Are you experiencing the issue on both Wi-Fi and cellular data?
  2. Have you had the chance to make sure that you are not using a VPN on your device?
  3. Is the device set to the correct Time Zone?
  4. Also, is the Date & Time set automatically?

If you answer yes to all questions, please reach out to Apple directly so they can take a closer look into the issue: Get Support

Take care!
