The first letter ‘A’ seems to indicate Apple TV box as used device. LP-1035 is mentioned 8 times on Spectrum TV’s error code list for various devices: ‘Program Unavailable’, ‘Service Unavailable’, ‘Spectrum TV Unavailable’. The listed remedy: “Wait a few minutes, restart the app, and try again”. That might indicate an issue on their side.
