My 27" 2017 iMac is slow and faulty after upgrading to Monterey

Upgrading from High Sierra to Monterey created a few issues on my machine.

Turning my computer on takes a long time to get past the loading Apple logo screen, and after that any input mediums like the keyboard and mouse still take a while to become responsive. After unlocking the computer, the mouse doesn't work properly and the keyboard goes on crack for the first ten to twenty minutes, until all of a sudden it all works normally again. My HDDs also take a long while to appear on my desktop. Rarely, internet will be slow only for this iMac, and sometimes it'll stop altogether.

I'm using a Fusion Drive which is still working just fine as per Disk Utility's and Disk Drill's reports. The drive is still fused and hasn't come unfused in any circumstance yet. There's plenty of space available still.

I've attached a report from EtreCheck that elaborates on some of what's going on, hopefully someone will be able to use it to help me. Thanks in advance!

Hi there!

I'd use another app to verify your disk's health, such as SMART Utility. When using SMART Utility, be sure to verify the health of both the Apple hard disk and SSD.

If SMART Utility doesn't detect any health concerns, I'd recommend you reinstall macOS.

Be sure you have a Time Machine backup; EtreCheck says you might not.
