Why I can not update my apps

There are a few reasons you might not be able to update apps. Choose the option for the scenario you have:

1. Two different Apple ID locks can cause issues. Check both and their solutions here: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support

2. Issues with the apps, such as shown here, with their solutions: If you can't download or update apps on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

3. Another cause would be these apps were purchased under another Apple ID. If that's the case, just delete them and redownload the app using the correct Apple ID.
