Using variables in shortcuts. IOS 16.3 (iPhone 12)

I am building a shortcut, but, with some trouble. I need to take a user input and insert it into a URL for the shortcut to use to open that URL. User is prompted to input what state they would like to search. I want to use that input to put into the rest of the address. Most, if not all, states have the same format to the url. “Www.xxxx.gov”. I would like to insert the state that was inputted in place of the x’s. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
