How can I make the larger pointer appear at the initial user selection screen?

Is it possible to make the default pointer on the user selection screen larger so visually impaired users can find it?

Dear Apple

I’m a disabled veteran who works in IT and my vision is one of my limitations.

Once logged in, I can set my mouse to larger, etc, but those settings don’t default to the user selection screen.

So when I log out and have to log back in I spend a frustrating minute or so playing where’s Waldo with the pointer.

Every time.

Is it possible to make the default pointer larger?

I doubt a lot of people with 20/20 vision who haven’t recently received a new cornea would complain.

Just a thought
