Are you referring to an inspect or a software bug? It's a bit vague in your post.


If this is an insect, then you wouldn't be able to seek service through the Apple Store, as an insect infestation would be considered hazardous. Review the terms and conditions for repair here: Apple Repair Terms and Conditions
