If you need to export a numbers file into CSV format comma-separated, instead of semicolon-separated, change "Number format" to "1,234,567.89" (first option).

No, Badunit, I was referring to MacOS settings! On System Settings you can find "General > Language & Region" menu (i'm using Ventura 13.2.1).
At first I tried changing for a region with a different number format on Number settings, but with no success.
After changing on System Settings it worked!

I believe "General > Language & Region" is referring to iOS settings. The equivalent in MacOS would be in System Settings.
With respect to Numbers->Advanced->Language & Region, if you choose a region with a different number format, your document will use that number format. It appears it will not change the CSV separator, though. All it did was put quotes around my numbers.
What version du you use? At my end the Language & Region option is under Advanced and there is only language options. No option to change the number format. Tried region Norway, Britain and USA but it still can't export with commas.
Ahh. I don't have Ventura. It sounds like it mimics iOS now.
