Accidently deleted Outdoor Walk open goal
I accidently deleted the Outdoor Walk Open Goal exercise activity and need to get it back. How do I do that?

Do you mean you deleted the workout type from the workout app, or you deleted the data?
Neither is particularly easy.
Add the workout back by scrolling thru Workout app til you get to Add Workout.
Add the data back by opening iphone Health app, Browse, then tap the appropriate activity eg Walking &Running distance, then tap Add Data
