Lightning plug
The lightning plug receiver on my iPhone 14 no longer works for either charging or earbuds. Can this be repaired.

Take a wooden or plastic toothpick (do not use metal or forced air) and gently pry any dust or dirt which may have gotten lodged in the port. If that doesn't help, then schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation and options.
