I reset my iPhone 13 but didn’t erase the esim. I activated the esim on my new phone and transferred all data. I put my husbands old sim in the iPhone 13 and transferred all his data to that phone. If I now delete the my esim from the iPhone 13 will it mess up my iPhone 14. Hopefully I am making sense.

I was able to follow all the information that you have posted. Once you transferred service from your iPhone 13 to your new iPhone 14, the previous eSIM in the iPhone 13 was deactivated. The iPhone 13 now has its own SIM card and service for your husband. You have new eSIM and service for your iPhone 14. You can delete the eSIM on the iPhone 13 (Your husband’s iPhone now) and there will be no issues and nothing will be messed up.
