You’re logged in and posting here with an AppleID and password.
(presumably your Trusted Device performed all the logging-in for you)
You can reset your AppleID password to something more memorable by following these steps:
Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support
THEN you should be able to clear the Activation Lock on your device.
