How do we stop remote control on iPhone

i keep getting connected to somehow. Changing app settings and removing and installing of apps remotely. How do we find and resolve this issue

The behaviors that you describe would be extremely unlikely through the means you describe. A more likely explanation would be that your Apple ID may be configured on another device, and some changes (such as app installation/removal) is being synced across devices.


Use the steps in Check your Apple ID device list to find where you're signed in to determine if this is the case and how to remove devices that your account should not be associated with. If you suspect your account was compromised and signed into another device based on those findings, follow If you think your Apple ID has been compromised to regain exclusive control of your device and ensure no one else has access to it.
