Siri pops up unexpectedly and terminates active phone calls

I have a problem that when my phone is connected with headphones the Siri keeps pop up unexpectedly and terminates all active phone calls.

this stated after the recent update I did in my iPhone. Can anyone help???

Hey there Iris_fotos,

It sounds as if your headset may need service, but we'd like to rule out some other possible causes, along with learning more about what's happening:

You mentioned that these two issues only occur while using headphones, but does the same issue occur with a different pair of headphones?
Any issues when no headphones at all are connected with your iPhone?
Sometimes unexpected behavior can be resolved with a restart: Restart your iPhone
We see you have iOS 16 installed, but the latest version is iOS 16.3.1. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. In case you needed it, this link shows how to first back up, then Update your iPhone or iPad.
