WebGL enabled but not working - anyone know what to do?

Heya!

So, I'm using Canva for work and I'm unable to edit photos (remove backgrounds etc.) because it's saying "To edit photos WebGL needs to be enabled." They've provided a link to instruct you on how to enable it for Safari and they specifically say that it will ONLY appear in Preferences>Website if its been DISABLED for security reasons.

It's not there and no matter what I've done, canva editing still won't allow me to edit. On the link they provide for enabling it, they also list a website to check if the WebGL is working to which it states that the webgl is either disabled or unavailable. Ive surfed the internet for over an hour on what to do including ensuring that Develop is in the menu bar to be able to ensure that webgl is active.

It is, WebGL 2.0 is ticked and still nothing.

I was reading another community member had a similar problem even though everything was activated and appearing as it should but that was in 2020 and there seemed to be no real resolution. Would really appreciate if someone is able to help me get this working properly as we brought this Mac specifically for work.

Thanks in advance!
