Battery Charging Issue

please help I was plug my iphone in 20% and After see 30 minutes still showing 20% and many time it charged properly recently i have purchased iphone 13 what is a issue any bug or battery issue

First make sure enough power is really reaching it. Check the cable is good testing on another device or with another cable. Check the socket is clean so the plug seats properly. Check the charging 'brick' is good by testing on another device or with another 'brick'. You may also try to Force-Restart the phone:
