The transfer iphone option keeps popping up, how do i stop this ?

Let's see if we can help get this cleared up for you. Depending on where you are located, some iPhone 14's only have eSIM, while other locations have both SIM and eSIM. So follow the step for you particular model.

If your iPhone model has a SIM card inserted, you will want to pop open the SIM tray, take out the SIM card and reseat it back into the tray. For details on locating the SIM card and how to remove it, see Remove or switch the SIM card in your iPhone - Apple Support.

Should your iPhone have only the eSIM option, then you will want to reach out to your carrier for assistance.
