Others have had this same problem, but it does not seem there has been a single fix to solve it. I would start by trying 3 things:

1 - Shut off Face Awareness at Settings > Face ID & Passcode > Attention Aware Features.

2 - Force Boot your phone. It may take a couple of times to get this sequence right.

  • Press and Release quickly the Volume Up button
  • Press and Release quickly the Volume Down button
  • Press and Hold the other Side button
  • After the Apple logo comes up, Release the Side button

3 - Remove the offending alarm and add it again. Tap it to check the settings of it and maybe check that the "Sound" is set to "Radar", since that is the default.

Others have reported that it happens randomly, does it happen every time in your case.
