Bootcamp stuck

Hello guys. I have a very big problem. I decided to download bootcamp win 10 on my mac pro 2019 15*. First thing I noticed was that I didnt had bootcamp menu an bootcamp logo in win panel. I switched to mac os by opt/alt + p. This worked for 2 weeks but after I cant switch back to mac os and Im stuck in win 10. I tried many things, but all my attempts were unsuccessful. Even apple support dont know what to do. Help please ((((

Can't use bootcamp after partitioning disk I used disk utility to partition my disk and now I'm unable to boot on windows. I resized the MacOS partition to create another for linux. Bootcamp partition didn't change and the files are still there but, I'm unable to run Windows when I select the partition during boot. I'm stuck with "Missing operating system" when I try to boot on Windows. Is it possible to make it work again?

Bootcamp install fail hello dear friends ! I have issues when trying to install windows 10 on Macbook pro 16 2019 latest ventura os and latest windows iso. First attempt was with bootcamp when the laptop restart in windows setup I can't use trackpad and keyboard, second I tryed with a wirelss mouse which worked until the windows copying files shows up install fail in a few seconds and the laptop restart in mac os. I also tryed to install directly from usb drive and also don't get in efi boot it crash and restart in target disc mode where I can select again os x. any sugestions ? Need to mention that I can't use parallels I need windows for a 3d modeling software and parallels have huge latency.

MacBook Pro BootCamp issues I currently run windows on a partition and now I can't get back into my Mac IOS side. I get to the login screen and put in my password but after a few seconds I get a circle with a slash through it. I think the issue happened after trying to install a newer version of my IOS. I've tried accessing through recovery mode but when I input my password it acts like its incorrect but its not. I've tried recovery through the internet via installation of the latest IOS and once I get in it shows the partition is full and only has like 25MB of free space. The windows side works fine but I'd really like to get back to having my IOS back. I'm willing to delete the entire crap and start from scratch but I really can't find a good link to walk me through it. Any help to get back in would be appreciated. I can get screenshots or whatever.
