How to install an app from a local AppStore while in a foreign country?
I tried to find a local Starbucks app from AppStore while in a foreign country. The app did not show up in a search. How can I find and install the app?

You can only download apps from the store offered by the country to which your Apple ID is set.
The article "Change your Apple ID country or region" describes how to change your country setting on everything using your Apple ID, and the requirements and results of doing this --> Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support
but it is designed so you only do that if you are truly moving to a new country
