What Apple survey would that be? If you received a pop up message or email asking for you to complete a survey, it is likely a phishing/scam message/email.
I've occasionally received those about either an Apple support/repair experience or a purchase. Of the ones I've seen, all the markers I routinely check for authenticity show they are legit Apple communications. Still, I only get them after I initiated an action with Apple, and usualy by email, not pop-ups.
The only ones I see that are NOT initiated by any action on my part appear as a banner on an Apple web page, inviting me to take a survey. I decline.
The questions vary. Questions about a support event will be different from one about a sales expereince.
I generally ignore them because the questions seem too oversimplified. If one really had a issue, it would be hard to express that in a "score this from 1 to 5" or multiple-choice format
And, if it is from Apple, we would not know because we are all other users like you and do not work for Apple.
