Vertical lines on iPhone 7 plus
Dropped iPhone, three vertical lines appeared. Can’t send texts but can receive. How do I fix this?

It sounds like something inside your iPhone broke after that drop. There are no software measures that can save damaged hardware. You must contact an authorized Apple repairer and ask them to check it for damage.
