Voice mail
My iPhone 14 quit going to voice mail if I don’t answer. Just beeps and says I’m busy. I have tried a restart, shut down and looked for updates. Phone is up to date. How do I fix this

Voice mail is a service provided by your cellular carrier. It should pick up the call even if your phone is turned off, smashed to pieces and then thrown in the ocean. You may want to check with the cellular carrier customer support to see if they can help.
