Hello MHNZ,

If you're having issues with the display quality, check to make sure you don't have a color filter turned on. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size > Color Filters.

Use display and text size preferences on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

If you'd like the color to have warmer tones instead of cooler tones, you can also use the Night Shift feature in Settings > Display & Brightness

Use Night Shift on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

If you continue to have issues with the display quality, you can find available service options for iPad here: iPad Repair & Service

Cheers!
