what do i do after that shows up in my screen

If you see the Restore screen, as in the picture below, then you can try to do a Forced Restart.

If your iPhone starts up on that screen again, you must connect it to a PC or Mac and do a restore.

Try doing a Forced Restart:

1. Press and quickly release Volume Up

2. Press and quickly release Volume Down

3. Press and hold the Side Button, the phone will restart. Release when you see the Apple Logo.
