iPhone 7 cannot charge wirelessly. The iPhone 7 has a metal back and it is not possible to charge wirelessly through metal. Therefore, all iPhones that can charge wirelessly have a glass back. All iPhones from iPhone 8 and up have wireless charging.

The iPhone 11 can charge wirelessly, with a Qi wireless charger. If you have a cover on your iPhone 11, then it can either be too thick and therefore the wireless charger cannot connect to the phone, the same applies if your cover has a metal back - then the same problem as on the iPhone 7 occurs. The solution is, to take your iPhone 11 out of its case, or use an original one from Apple, they are designed to work with wireless charging.
