Playlists Disappeared
How do I get my playlists I had before and after apple music subscription?

I had a similar issue. My phone's Music app was correct and my Mac was almost blank. I had added iTunes to the list of things to see in my side menu. That was a mistake (I think it tried to load an old AppleId).
The solution for me was a number of things:
Is there an update you haven't installed yet?
- If yes, install it. They're fussy.
Log out of the problem App:
- Fully logged out so you have to re-enter your authentication credentials.
Have you tried turning it off and on again? Literally:
- If it's a phone app, swipe it away, i.e. close it.
- Same with the desktop app - with Mac - make sure you quit it properly. i.e. no `🍏 Music` in the AppBar (top-left for me)
- Open the app back up and log back in.
If that doesn't fix it:
If you're using multiple devices:
- Check your Sync settings, turn Sync on in the device you care about most (I don't think it matters but I'm paranoid). Then reboot... see these articles:
- Check your iCloud account details - if you synced to iCloud and no longer have a subscription that might be why.
If none of those things help you then a generic search for `"Apple Music Playlists" disappeared gone` can go a long way.
