iPhone 11 automatically adjusts brightness despite setting being disabled

Why on Apple IPhone 11, the brighness adjust itself, when all icons to do it automaticly are turned off..?

If you have automatic brightness off then there are 2 conditions that will cause the brightness to dim:

If the phone gets too hot the screen will dim to reduce the heat load on the phone.
If you have Attention Aware features enabled in Settings/Accessibility the screen will dim when you are not looking at it.
