Unfortunately, you cannot reset your iPad's Passcode from your iPhone. If you have forgotten your Passcode for your iPad, it must be restored to the factory settings, for this you must use a PC or Mac.

If you don't have a computer, you can either borrow one, or visit an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
