How do I remove Ling’s from my links bracelet

From what I see online, there should be a release button on certain links. You should be able to just press the button and take it out

This does not explain how to shorten the number of links in a bracelet, just how to remove the bracelet from the watch… not helpful advice.

But once you’ve removed all the removable links, it can’t get any shorter.
