Numbers for Mac

Numbers doesn't display bullets and numbering in the format/text/styles tab.

It just is not there

I can't format new or exisiting cels with bullets

On my machine I have to double-click a cell (so the cursor is blinking inside it) before Bullets & Lists appears.


That's consistent with adding other styling to text within a cell.


For a text box or a shape I just need to select the object to see Bullets & Lists.

It is there, but it is VERY shy!


I spotted it at the bottom of the Format pane, applied it to a single cell, at which point it disappeared.

It was several minutes and many key strokes and tabs later before it reappeared (and stayed long enough for a screen shot).


Clicking the arrow produced this list:



The menu item may be restricted to lists in a cell. Please post a reply if your experiments reveal more regarding this menu item and the circumstances under which it is active.
