Why isn’t my podcast artwork updating?
I’ve tried a few different files… different sizes and names and it isn’t updating. The podcast is through spreaker and I have never had issues in the past. My feed is:

The new image appears when subscribing on a Mac (where the feed is read directly) though Apple Podcasts itself hasn't caught up. It can take several days for a changed image to appear so your new image (which has the correct parameters) should appear there in a day or so provided you gave it a different file name from that of the previous image (Podcasts caches the image and so if the URL doesn't change it has no way of knowing the image has).
For future reference, if you have a problem with your podcast you should ask in the Producing Podcasts - Apple Community forum- the current one is for queries about the app itself, and it was only by chance I saw your post as I don't monitor this one. And please always include the URL of your Apple Podcasts page as well as that of the feed - I was able to locate your podcast by title, but sometimes that doesn't work well.
