Usb ethernet theardering keeps disconnecting randomly

Hi,

I am using iPhone 13 Pro to share the internet with my PC with USB tethering, and it keeps disconnecting randomly.

Everything else works fine, it just disconnects without any reason.

I checked the internet and adjusted the settings for power management in Device Manager settings for Apple Mobile Device Ethernet. My PC is set to use Maximum Performance power profile. I also have a data plan with almost unlimited internet.

I have an original cable. It is able to connect. It is a genuine cable. It just disconnects randomly.
