Siri on Iwatch
When Siri reports times during my walk she automatically starts the timer. She reacts on her own voce. How do I handle this problem?

It sounds like you have set up a complex workout with timed sections.
I would delete that workout and use the "Open Goal" version.
Use the Workout app on your Apple Watch – Apple Support (UK)
PS it isn't Siri, it is the workout voice feedback using the same voice as Siri use.
And it is 'Apple Watch', not iwatch.
That is what I always do. I always choose the "Open Goal" when we go for a walk. After have passed one kilometer the voice let me know the lap time, for exampel 15 minutes. Then the watch voice automatically sets the timer to 15 minutes and start counting down.
Thank's for advice. I have now forced restart on both the apple watch. and on my IPhone. Hopefully this will help to get things work.
I think I have the latest updates on borth the phone and on the watch. On the phone iOS 16.3.1 and watchOS 9.3.1.
I have never seen that. It should revert to the normal display after the 1K split message.
If all settings normal but behaviour is irrational there is a progressive hierarchy of remedies. Hopefully you will not need to go to the end of the list.
First force restart the Watch
i.e. press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.
Then, although it may seem irrelevant, while it is restarting Force Restart the paired iphone Force restart iPhone – Apple Support (UK)
You may also want to make sure the software on the watch and iphone are both up to date to the same level. Updates are in pairs.

Test it for a while. If it is still misbehaving... Unpair and set up again
Unpair and erase your Apple Watch – Apple Support (UK)
and then set up if necessary without restoring the backup - takes about 20 minutes

Make sure you are not using VPN or security apps on the iPhone.
