I want to know if I can make monthly payments after I’ve made a purchase with another store

Yes. The Apple Card is a Mastercard credit card and is similar to other credit cards. If you make a purchase from a store other than Apple (or any purchase that is not included in the interest-free Monthly Installments described in Apple Card - Monthly Installments - Apple ), you can make monthly payments but you will be charged interest on any unpaid balance.
