change of OS for iMac 27
I have an iMac (27-inch, Late 2013) with macOS Catalina (version 10.15.7); Processor 3.2 GHz Quad-core Intel Core i5; memory 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3.
Can I update this to macOS Ventura?

That model iMac is considered obsolete by Apple. It's at the end of the line for updates/upgrades. It's time to start saving up for a new Mac.
+1 on starting to save up. Your 2013 is 10+ years old and to be honest is living on borrowed time. While it may be running just fine tomorrow the longer you wait the more difficult to becomes to keep current with your applications and the more risk you have for a fatal hardware problem.
For example, a very common issue that occurs is at the beginning of income tax season on these forums we are flooded by users with old(er) Macs that cannot run current versions of Mac OS. They want to run the current tax year application (usually Turbo Tax) and the current version of TT does not run on the version of Mac OS they have installed. So by waiting so long to upgrade they have painted themselves into a corner and are forced to buy a new computer or resort to a bandaid. When my computers get to be about 3-4 years old, that is when I begin saving for their replacements. That way when the time comes I'm ready and am not stressing.
Just food for thought!
No, unfortunately, end of the upgrade road.
